Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the www.inkbee.store website operated by Inkbee Store.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Product Sales, Customization, & Transactions

1.1 Print on Demand (PoD) Products

We offer custom Print on Demand items, including but not limited to mugs, t-shirts, and coasters, featuring specific designs. Because these items are custom-made to order, we enforce a strict production policy.

1.2 Payment Methods

We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) and Whish Pay as our primary payment methods. We reserve the right to change, modify, or add additional payment methods in the future.

2. Strict Cancellation & Blacklist Policy

2.1 Zero-Tolerance PoD Cancellations

Because Print on Demand items are manufactured specifically for you upon receiving your order, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for cancellations once production has begun or delivery is initiated.

2.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellations

Any customer who places an order for Print on Demand items via Cash on Delivery and subsequently refuses delivery, cancels maliciously, or remains entirely unresponsive to our team or courier partners will be permanently blacklisted from purchasing from Inkbee Store in the future.

2.3 Prepaid Cancellations & Partial Refunds

If you have prepaid for a Print on Demand item (via Whish Pay or other advanced methods) and request a cancellation before shipment, a 70% refund will be issued. The remaining 30% is strictly non-refundable to cover the specialized material and manufacturing costs already incurred.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All artwork and designs featured on our products remain the intellectual property of Inkbee Store and its collaborating designers. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these designs for commercial or personal purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time—including product availability, pricing, and these terms—without prior notice or liability.
