Return & Refund Policy for Inkbee Store

At Inkbee Store, we want you to love your new personalized items! However, we understand that sometimes things might not go exactly as planned. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for any items that have been printed on or any other accessory. This includes:

  • Sublimated mugs, t-shirts, and coasters
  • Engraved Wooden Keychains

Exceptions:

We will offer an exchange only in the following situation:

  • There is a mistake with the printing on your item due to our error. This means the mistake appears on the final product and was not present in the design you approved.
  • We accidentally sent you an incorrect item or an item that doesn't fit the size you ordered.
  • The product is defective.

What can't be returned?

We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for:

  • Items with any damage or wear (except due to a printing mistake on our part)

Exchanges for Printing Errors:

If you believe there is a printing error on your item due to our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will need a clear picture and video of the error.

Once we verify the error is on our end, we will arrange for a return of the original item and send you a replacement free of charge. You can return the original item with the delivery driver when you receive your replacement.

Exchanges for All Non-Customized Products:

Any Non-Customizable Item could be exchanged for any other item(s) of the same price value and a delivery fee applies.

Refund Whish Pay

If you have paid via Whish Pay and decide to cancel the order before the order has been confirmed by Wakilni we will refund you the total amount via Whish Pay.

If you have paid via Whish Pay and decide to cancel the order after the order has been confirmed by Wakilni and no delivery attempt has been made we will refund you the total amount via Whish Pay.

If you have paid via Whish Pay and decide to cancel the order after the order has been confirmed by Wakilni and has been attempted to be delivered we will refund you via Whish Pay deducting the delivery fee from the total amount.
