Blacklist Policy

This policy is designed to protect our operations and ensure that our delivery team can work efficiently.

Inkbee Store: Cash on Delivery (COD) & Blacklist Policy

At Inkbee Store Lebanon, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, "Cash on Delivery" is a service built on mutual trust. To protect our logistics team and maintain service quality for all customers, the following policy applies to all COD orders.

1. The "Safe Zone": Respectful Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind. You will remain in our Safe Zone if:

  • You proactively contact Inkbee Store to cancel before the driver arrives.
  • You respond to the driver’s call and politely decline/cancel the delivery.
  • Note: While your account will remain active, repeated cancellations may be flagged for internal review to prevent inventory holding.

2. The "Blacklist": Unresponsive Orders

We have a zero-tolerance policy for "Ghosting" orders. A customer will be Blacklisted and Blocked from website access if they fail to respond across all communication channels, specifically:

  1. No response to the delivery driver upon arrival or during transit.
  2. No response to our official follow-up via Email.
  3. No response to our final outreach via WhatsApp.

3. Consequences of Blacklisting

If an order is flagged as unresponsive:

  • Order Status: The order will be immediately cancelled.
  • Security Flag: The customer will be tagged as a "Scammer" or "High-Risk" in our database.
  • Permanent Ban: The associated IP address, phone number, and email will be blocked from accessing the Inkbee Store website and placing future orders.

Our Goal: We want to keep our products moving to customers who truly want them. By simply responding to a text or call, you help us keep our delivery costs low and our service fast for everyone.
