We generally do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the mistake is on our side or the item is damaged upon delivery. Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure the best resolution.

Head over to COMMISSIONS FORM and fill out the form. You will then need to follow the instructions in the receipt to pay. Only after payment will the artist begin with the drawing. Once finished you will receive a soft copy of your drawing!
